The Alpha School Store is the official online shop for exclusive Alpha School and Alpha High gear, designed to embody the energy, values, and pioneering spirit of the Alpha community. It features apparel, accessories, branded merchandise, and items that represent individual campuses and our schools as a whole community.

  1. Browse available products.
  2. Select your size and desired quantity.
  3. Add items to your cart.
  4. In your cart, select either "Shipping" or "Campus Pickup." The "Shipping" preference allows you to pay UPS to ship your item directly to your address. "Campus Pickup" lets you pick up for free at your campus location, with no extra shipping cost.
  5. If you prefer to pick up on campus, select search and select your campus address, enter your name, email address, and phone number. Keep an eye out for email notifications of when your order is available for pick-up (approx. 7-14 business days).
  6. Checkout with secure payment.
  7. You'll receive an order confirmation via email.

Product & Availability

If an item's size and color variation are not crossed out, then there is inventory of that item available for purchase. If an item's size or color is crossed out, then it is not available for purchase at this time.

We aim to provide a unique size chart for every product on the detailed product page. When viewing the expanded product details, look for the "Size Chart" link after the product description.

We do currently offer pre-orders, but not backorders. To stay up to date with exclusive product drops, opt in to our marketing emails in the footer of our emails or during checkout in your order. Shipping & Delivery

No shipping costs are applied to your order when you pick up on campus. If you opt for shipping directly to your address, UPS determines the shipping rate based on your order's weight, the level of expedited shipping you select, and the distance from our fulfillment center.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

If you have selected a UPS shipping method for your order, the tracking number and real-time updates will be emailed to you. If you have selected "Campus Pickup," your campus coordinator will email you with your specific pick time, day, and location details.

Order customization, like name and state embroidery or patch application, is made after the order is placed and is subject to current order volumes. Returns & Exchanges

Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Custom embroidered items cannot be returned.

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receipt to request a return.

Custom embroidered items cannot be returned. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Your refunded items can be dropped off at your campus location by your campus coordinator/lead guide. Orders & Account

Yes, you do need an account to shop at the Alpha School Store. Customers who create accounts and opt in to marketing emails will receive notifications about exclusive offers and product releases. Additionally, having an account will make your future orders easier and faster, as your billing and shipping information will be saved.

Once your payment is processed, our team in Austin, Texas, will begin fulfilling your order. Personalization of your order occurs after it has been placed. We take great care in creating, customizing, packing, and shipping your items. After your order has been sent to your shipping address or campus pickup location, you will receive an email notification with all the relevant details.

Payments & Gift Cards

We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Alpha School Store gift cards are digital vouchers with set monetary values, acting like cash for purchases, usable for full or partial payments (including tax/shipping), and can be split across multiple orders.

No. Alpha School Store gift cards do not have an expiration date.

We recommend buying a new, additional gift card as a quick solution.

If you are having issues with a discount code, double-check that you are entering it correctly, including its case sensitivity. To be effective, discount codes must be entered exactly as they were generated.
